They call it 'FX'. A drug based on Felix Felicis, it promises to give you abilities you've only dreamed of. It's flooded the black market and the streets. It is being produced en masse in underground labs and basements across the wizarding world, but it's not just 'Lady Luck' anymore – the potion has been altered to be more addictive, more dangerous, and the effects snowball over time...
If left unchecked, it could result in the total destruction of the wizarding gene. A Task Force has been developed to tackle the problem. They are infiltrating underground systems, they are trying to infiltrate the organisation responsible for the production of the drug—known only as The Priori—and they are even hiding undercover at Stonefalls University of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It's not so easy, and the symptoms of the drug are constantly becoming worse, constantly changing, and the mutations threaten to destroy the wizarding world as we know it.
There are a variety of options for characters – they could be part of The Priori, helping to produce and sell the drug; they could be part of the Task Force determined to fight it; they could be a professor, watching their students become addicted; they could be students, either addicted or totally oblivious, or anything in between. They may have lost parents, siblings, friends... and they may lose themselves. Everything is possible, and only one thing is certain – Felix Felicis will change the world.
