It is now closing in on two years since the Avengers disbanded. One year since the Superhuman Registration Act has been passed. And the world seems much worse for the wear.

The Act, signed by President Barack Obama at the start of the New Year in 2012, was meant to bring order to the superpowered community, and instead, has brought nothing but chaos and destruction at every turn. Camp Hammond has closed down and in a moment of desperation, President Obama has given S.H.I.E.L.D. complete and total control over all aspects of the SHRA. They now only have to answer to the president himself.

Now, more than ever, compliance is demanded from the Superhuman community, and you have to choose...to be imprisoned by the shackles of government, or to break the chains of tyranny.
